摘要
本论文进行了黄牛皮碱免疫法及其废液循环使用的试验,目的是为了解决常规毁毛法所存在的问题,重在研究制革鞣前工段的少污染、无污染的制革清洁工艺技术。用碱(石灰碱或NaOH)对浸水去肉后的生皮,进行免疫处理。再用Na2S进行脱毛、废液回收,测定,补加药品后,再循环使用。结果表明碱免疫护毛法能够回收90%以上的毛,很好地解决了常规毁毛法废液粘稠的问题,[1]更有利于循环使用。
On purposes of solving the problems of conventional unhairing processes, searching the less or non pollution technology in tannry, a large amount of experiments about the hide alkali immuno-unhairing process and effluent recycling were carried. The soked, fleshed hides were alkali immuned using lime or NaOH, unhaired by Na 2S, the recovery effluent was reused after determination, adding additional chemicals. Tests showed that more than 90 percent hair was recovered thus the problem of effluent high thickness in conventional unhairing process was solved, and which is much easier to the effluent recycling.
