Determination of Harmful Element Chromium(VI) in Leather with Spectrophotometry

本文介绍了皮革中有害元素Ｃｒ（ＶＩ）用磷酸盐缓冲液提取，过滤，酸性条件下与二苯卡巴肼反应显色，分光光度法５４３ｎｍ测定，回收率为９０．７～９３．３％，变异系数为１．３６～１．９６％。

The harmful element, Chromium (VI) in leather was extracted with phosphate buffer solution, filtered, and developed color with diphenylcarbazide under acidic condition, and then determined by spectrophotometry, wavelength is 543nm. The recovery was 90.7～93.4% and RSD was 1.36～1.96%.
