耐水洗猪绒面服装革的加脂工艺研究

Study on Fatliquoring Process of Washable Pigskin Suede Garment Leather

本文从耐洗革的机理入手，以常规的染色加脂工艺为基础，通过对比试验筛选出耐洗性能优良的加脂剂，尤其重点考察了加脂剂的耐洗性及其综合加脂效果，从而确定了猪皮耐水洗反绒服装手套革的加脂配比方案。研究结果表明，多功能亚硫酸化羊毛脂和防水性加脂剂等用于耐洗猪皮反绒服装手套革的加脂，除具有良好的综合加脂效果（油润、丝光、柔软等）外，还可赋予皮革以耐洗特性。

This paper begins at the principle of the washable leather making. Based on the conventional dyeing and fatliquoring technology, the fatliquors with high washability are selected after carrying the contrast experiments. And an optimum fatliquoring formula which is used in washable pigskin garment and glove suede leather making is defined by the emphatic research on the washability of the fatliquors and comprehensive fatliquoring effect.The results show that fatliquoring with combinimg multifunctional sulphited lanolin and water-resistant fatliquors not only has good fatliquoring effect such as lubrication, silkiness, softness and elasticity, but also can contribute washability to the leather.
