摘要
通过对水城、黎平、望谟、关岭、麻江、黔西、龙里、习水、开阳、铜仁10个退耕还林工程效益监测县107个固定样地和草本灌木样方物种多样性调查,水城、黎平、铜仁10个径流场连续观测,3个气象哨的综合配套应用和定位观测,采取面上调查和典型调查相结合的方式,采集数据,对10个监测县退耕还林工程的生态、经济、社会效益进行分析,并用价值的形式来现体现监测县退耕还林的综合效益。旨在为贵州省退耕还林工程综合效益评价提供理论和技术支撑。
According to the investigation on the plant diversity in 107 permanent plots in 10 counties for benefit monitoring of the Returning Farmland to Forest Project in Guizhou province, along with consecutive monitoring of 10 runoff plots and 3 meteorological posts in 3 counties, the ecological, economic and social benefits of the RFFR were analyzed and evaluated by means of benefit value..
