摘要
杉木经105℃干燥后,分别用PVA、PVA+MF、MF真空加压浸渍,再用高温(105℃~150℃)干燥,最后经14天恒温恒湿处理,测定并计算木材吸湿率、树脂留存率、体积膨胀率、增重率与尺寸变化率、色差和硬度。经分析后认为:本试验以MF浸渍后用105℃~110℃处理,杉木的改性效果较好。
Chinese fir wood was dried under 105 ℃, then vacuum pressure impregnating treated respectively with PVA, MF, PVA MF resins, dried again under high temperature(105 ℃~150 ℃), and finally kept for 14 days under room temperature for testing. Hygroscopicity, coefficient of resin remained, coefficient of volume expansion, rate of weight gain and coefficient of dimension variation, chromatism and hardness of specimens were measured and calculated. The testing results showed that the modification effect of Chinese fir was the best among the experiment conditions when MF resin was used as impregnating agent and then dried under temperature of 105℃~110℃.
