摘要
目的对中药苦楝皮(Melia azedarachL.Sied.)体积分数为95%的乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离,利用理化性质和1H-NMR1、3C-NMR等谱学技术,对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从中分离得到6个化合物,其结构鉴定为羽扇豆醇(lupeol,1)、α-菠甾酮(-αspinasterone,2)、丁香树脂酚双葡萄糖苷(syringaresinol-di-O--βD-glucoside,3)、阿魏酸(ferulic acid,4)、β-谷甾醇(-βsitosterol,5)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,6)。结论化合物2、3和4均为首次从楝属植物中分离得到的已知化合物。
Objective To isolate and identify the compounds which were extracted by ethyl acetate from 95 % ethanol extract of the stem bark of Melia azedarach L.. Methods Compounds were isolated by the silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column and their structures were identified by the physicochemical properties and the spectral analysis. Results six compounds were obtained and identified as lupeol( 1 ), α-spinasterone (2), syringaresinol-di-O-β-D-glucoside( 3 ), ferulic acid ( 4 ), β-sitosterol ( 5 ), daucosterol ( 6 ). Conclusions Compounds 2, 3 and 4 are obtained from Melia genus for the first time.
