摘要
本文从组织特征和情境特征两方面对企业与合作者、竞争者、客户之间缄默知识传递效果的影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明:吸收能力、知识管理策略、信任、前期经验对企业间的缄默知识传递具有显著影响;关系战略、合作水平对企业与合作者之间的缄默知识传递具有正向影响;知识传递收益则对企业与竞争者之间的缄默知识传递具有正向影响。此外,与预期不同的是,本文发现当企业与合作者和竞争者进行缄默知识传递时,知识背景相似程度越高,缄默知识传递效果越低,而企业与客户之间的缄默知识传递则没有受到知识背景相似性的影响。
Based on organizational characteristics and context characteristics, this paper empirically studies factors influencing the effectiveness of tacit knowledge transfer between enterprises and their collaborators, competitors and customers. The result shows that,absorptive capability, knowledge management strategy, trust and prior experience significantly influence the effectiveness of tacit knowledge transfer of inter-enterprises;relationship strategy and collaborating level have positive effects on the effectiveness of tacit knowledge transfer between enterprises and their collaborators;knowledge transfer benefits positively influence the effectiveness of tacit knowledge transfer between enterprises and their competitors. Contrary to the hypothesis,in the process of enterprises' tacit knowledge transfer with their collaborators and competitors, the higher similarity of knowledge background is, the lower effectiveness of tacit knowledge transfer is. Besides, the knowledge background similarity has no effect on the effectiveness of tacit knowledge transfer between enterprises and their customers.
