我国企业自主创新能力评价指标构建研究

Research on Evaluation Index of Enterprise's Self-innovation Capability in China

根据前人理论和结论,按照科学性、可比性、可操作性等原则,本文建立了企业自主创新能力评价指标体系,包括理念创新能力、技术创新能力、市场创新能力、信息收集与处理能力、组织与管理创新能力;并以制造企业为研究样本,运用统计方法,对数据有效性进行检验,验证了本文构建的企业自主创新能力评价指标体系具有可靠性,从而为我国企业采取措施以提高自主创新能力提供依据。

Based on relative theories and research results on enterprisers innovation evaluation index , according to the principles including scientific,comparable,operable and so on, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise＇s self-innovation capability including vision-innovation capability, technology innovation capability, marketing innovation capability, the capability in collecting and processing information, and organization and management innovation capability. And it uses manufacturing enterprises as the research example, and testifies that this evaluation index system is effective by the statistic analysis method.
