摘要
本文分析了企业培养自主创新能力的不同路径,认为从微观角度看主要存在3条路径:一是通过引进、消化吸收,对引进技术进行重大改进;二是通过对参考标杆实施反求工程,独立模仿开发重大技术;三是在科学研究基础上开发原创技术。本文对这3条路径的过程特性进行了剖析和比较,并结合我国企业培养自主创新能力的典型案例,对3条路径在我国企业的适用情况及其原因进行了分析。
This paper discusses the different approaches for enterprises to develop independent innovation capabilities,and suggests that there are three approaches enterprises can take. The first one is to improve technology through introducing,assimilating and absorbing technology;the second one is to develop technology by reverse engineering; the third approach is to develop original technology based on scientific research. This paper analyzes and compares the characteristics of the processes of three approaches,and discusses the applicability of three approaches to Chinese enterprises based on the study on typical cases from Chinese enterprises.
