摘要
企业能力与企业成长二者相辅相成、互相影响、动态交织。对企业能力进行合理测度有利于对其进行适度调整,从而使企业能力的发展与企业成长的速度相一致,保证企业的健康成长。本文基于熵理论来分析企业熵的作用机理,归纳总结了企业熵、企业资源、企业能量的计量和评价方法,解析了三者之间相互作用的关系;在此基础上,提出了一种新的企业能力测度模型,以期丰富企业能力理论,并为企业提升自身能力、实现可持续发展提供理论依据与实践指导。
Enterprise competence and enterprise growth complement and influence each other. Reasonable measurement of enterprise competence helps to effectively adjust enterprise competence to make sure enterprise＇s smooth development. Based on the entropy theory,this paper analyzes the mechanisms of the entropy of enterprise, and summarizes the methods to measuring and evaluating entropy, resources and energy of the enterprise,and discusses their mutual relationships. Finally,it puts forward the synthetic measurement model of enterprise competence in order to enrich enterprise competence theory and provide theoretical basis and practical guidances for promoting the sustainable development of enterprtse.
