摘要
底板压差是阻抗式调压室结构设计中一项重要参数。增大阻抗孔面积是减小压差最直接有效的方法。当增大阻抗孔大小无法满足设计要求时,研究了调压室水位波动周期和导叶关闭规律对底板压差的影响,阐明改变调压室水位波动周期和优化导叶关闭规律对降低压差间接起到积极作用。
The bottom plate pressure difference is an important parameter in design of a throttled surge chamber structure. Based on engineering examples the paper analyzes the essence of the bottom plate pressure difference and illustrates that increase of the area of the restricted orifice of a throttled surge chamber is the most effective and direct method of reducing pressure difference. In case the size of the restricted orifice can not meet the design requirement the paper studied the influence of both surge chamber water level fluctuation period and law of closing of guide vanes on bottom plate pressure difference. The paper expounds that changing of the surge chamber water level fluctuation period and optimizing of the law of closing of guide vanes play a positive role in reducing pressure difference in an indirect way.
