国家宏观调控政策给施工企业带来较大的影响。从占总成本比重为60%-80%的建筑物资采购入手,通过分析传统采购的缺点,结合供应链环境下采购的特点,提出施工企业采购管理的策略,以达到降低采购成本,提升施工企业竞争力的目的。

National macro -control policies greatly affect the construction enterprise, especially to the costs of construction - material procurement. Upon the analysis on current situation, about 60 - 80 percent of the total costs of construction project come from the procurement of construction materials. Integrating disadvantages of traditional procurement with characteristics of present procurement under modern supply - chain management, the paper proposes a new procurement control stragegy for construction enterprises to follow, which can reduce procurement cost and increase the competitiveness of the enterprises.
