以新的思维指导推进党的制度建设

Push forward the institutional building of our party in new model of thinking

改革开放以来,我们党在制度建设方面取得了显著的成绩,但党的制度建设仍然面临着科学性、系统性和权威性不足的问题,导致制度建设还没有取得应有的成效。要在制度建设方面不断开拓新局面,取得新突破,就必须以新的思维指导提升党的制度建设,拓宽党的制度建设的视野与领域。具体地说,就是要以科学精神、创新思维、系统理论与和谐理念指导促进党的制度建设的进一步开展。

Since reform and opening up to the outside world, great achievements have been made in the building of our party institution, which , however, faces lack of scientific, systematical and authoritative performance in some way, leading to inadequate result in terms of institutional building. We must improve the institutional building of our party in a new thinking model to expand its vision and field if we want to make some breakthroughs in it. In detail, we should further strengthen party building under the guidance of scientific spirit, innovative thinking, system theory and the ideas of harmony.
