摘要
远程教育理论普遍认为,教学支持服务作为网络教学的一个关键因素是必不可少的,通过网络的实时动态交互功能应能解决远程教育中师生分隔的问题。但事实并非如此。云南电大的学生并不热衷于网络学习,而且网络教学也没有达到提高学生学习效果的目的。这是一个现象。如何从多角度解释这一现象?如何深入了解学生的所思所想?是我们电大工作者需要探讨的问题。
The theory of distance education generally considers the instructional support service is an indispensable part of web - based instruction. The intemet real - time interaction can solve the problem of the separation of teachers and students in distance education. But it is not the ease. The students of Yunnan RTVU are not interested in the web - based courses and the web - based instruction has not achieved the purpose of improving the students' learning efficiency. How to explain this phenomenon and understand the students' thinking is a task for TVU work staff.
