应该高度关注西部地区中小学教师“达标”活动中出现的几种不良倾向

摘要 近年来,为了尽快改变西部地区基础教育缺乏优质师资力量的现状,开展了中小学教师"达标"活动。此举在一定程度上收到了成效,但是也出现了几种不良倾向。这些不良倾向,已经严重违背了这项活动的初衷。有鉴于此,西部地区基础教育的主管部门、各级领导、中小学校及其教师,必须对此引起高度关注,并且应该采取行之有效的措施,予以纠正,以利西部地区基础教育教师队伍的发展壮大。 A standardization of schooling for primary and secondary school teachers has begun in recent years to change the back ward situation for lack of qualified teachers in the basic education in the western regions. Though it has yielded some good results, it has also caused some bad tendencies which has digressed far from the initial good intention. Hence the educational administrations, leaders of various levels,primary and secondary schools and their teachers must pay special attention to this problem and take effective actions in reducing the bad tendencies for a healthy growth and development of the teachers of basic education in the western regions.
