摘要
基于建立大湄公河次区域虚拟大学的需要,提出了应用于云南广播电视大学的虚拟校园构建模型,并从总体框架、远程教育基础设施、人员结构、学习方法以及在线学习支持服务等方面对该模型进行了较为全面的描述。
According to the needs of building a virtual university in Great Mekong Sub - region, a virtual campus model is made to apply into the instruction of Yunnan RTV University. The paper gives an overall explanation of the model in the aspects of its overall framework, distance education infrastructure, personnel structure, learning method and online learning support service.
