摘要
要使农村经济得到发展,摆脱贫困状态,必须促使其经济形态发生转变,最终转变到知识经济形态。而实现其经济形态转变的唯一途径是加大农村人力资本投资,增加农村人力资本存量,提高农村劳动力素质,从而促进农村经济增长。
Rural economical form must be changed into knowledge economy form in order to develop rural economy and get rid of poverty. Only way to change the rural economical form is to increase the invesmaent and storage of rural human capital and improve the quality of rural labor force so as to promote the growth of the rural economy.
