烟草种子表面微生物电镜观察与计数 被引量:5

摘要 本研究对45个烟草品种的种子表面微生物进行了扫描电镜观察,结果表明:93.3%被观察品种的种子表面有微生物着生,其中包括某些多细胞丝状微生物,单细胞杆状与球状微生物。利用改进后的分离方法,对我国10个烟草生产主要推广品种进行了种子表面微生物计数,结果表明,每克供试品种的烟草种子细菌数量平均为2.3×105~1.9×107个,放线菌数量为3.9×101~4.1×102个,真菌数量为2.0×103~3.8×104个。 The microorganisms on the seed surface of 45 tobacco varieties were observed by using scanning electronic microscope(SEM) The results showed that microorganisms were found on the seed surface of 93 3% tobacco varieties,including multi cell filmental type and single cell rod and short rod type.By using modified method,the microorganisms on the seed surface of 10 varieties which were widely used in main tobacco production areas were counted.The results indicated that the average number of microorganisms on the seed surface per gram seed were 2 3×10 5-1 9×10 7 for bacteria,3 9×10 1-4 1×10 2 for actinomyces and 2 0×10 3-3 8×10 4 for fungi respectively.
