摘要
目的探讨参芪扶正注射液对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平的影响。方法以2006-01-2007-12间,在我院住院治疗的76例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组（参芪扶正组）和对照组。两组均给予冠心病慢性心力衰竭常规治疗,治疗组加用参芪扶正注射液,检测两组患者治疗前及治疗20 d后血浆脑钠肽水平并进行比较。结果治疗后两组患者血浆脑钠肽水平均较治疗前降低（P≤0.05）,治疗组血浆脑钠肽降低程度较对照组显著（P≤0.05）。结论参芪扶正注射液联合常规治疗用于治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭疗效更佳。
Objective To discuss the effect on brain cerebral Na peptide in CHF of CHD treated with shenqifuzheng injection. Methods 76 cases of such patient from January 2006 - December 2007 were derided into therapy group and control group. The therapy group was treated with this drug based on routine treatment. The brain Na peptide were compared in both groups before and after 20 d. treatment. Results The peptide was decreased in both groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.05） and obviously in therapy group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion This drug combined with routine therapy might have good effect.
