摘要
目的研究细胞周期蛋白B1和存活素蛋白在不同分化程度肝癌细胞中的表达情况及与临床因素之间的关系,以探讨两者在肝细胞癌发病机制中的作用。方法选取我院病理科手术切除肝细胞肝癌存档蜡块46例,另取正常肝组织13例作为对照,以免疫组化法染色,测定细胞周期蛋白B1和存活素蛋白的表达情况,并结合患者的临床资料,运用统计学分析数据。结果细胞周期蛋白B1及存活素蛋白均在正常肝组织无表达,均在肝癌组织中有明显表达(P<0.01),并随着肝癌细胞分化程度的降低,表达逐渐增强(P<0.01),在低分化肝癌组织中的表达最强。均与肝内转移与否及3年生存率有关(P<0.05)。两者的阳性表达呈显著正相关(r=0.476,P<0.001)。结论细胞周期蛋白B1与存活素蛋白在肝癌细胞中,均随肝癌分化程度的降低表达增强,且两者的表达呈正相关。
Objective To study on the expression and clinical factors relationship in varied differetial degree og hepatic carcinoma in cyclin B1 and survivin so that to discuss the mechanism of hepatic carcinoma oncogenesis. Methods 46 cases of pathological wax of such patient who was obtained diagnosis of LC and 15 cases of healthy adult were as control. Thery were detected with immunohistochemical methods iwth their expression. The results were analyzed combined with clinical materials. Results There was no expression in normal liver tissue and there was positive expression in LC tissue especially in lower differential degree that related with 3 year survival with P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The expression of cyclin B1 and survivin were increased with lower differentiation of LC with positive relation.
