两种粘接剂粘接修复外伤前牙5年的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Anterior Dental Restoration with Two different Adhesion Gels

目的观察3Msingle bond与Heraeus kulzer两种粘接剂粘接修复前牙的临床疗效。方法选择外伤冠折未波及牙髓的前牙100例分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组,常规用37%正磷酸酸蚀后,分别使用3Msingle bond与Heraeus kulzer两种粘接剂及同种树脂进行粘接修复,观察其5年的临床疗效。结果3Msingle bond与Her-aeus kulzer两种粘接剂的临床疗效有显著性差异,且均随时间延长而疗效下降。结论3Msingle bond的粘接剂效果明显高于Heraeus kulzer粘接剂。

Objective To observe the curative effect of 3M single bond and Heraeus kulaer adhesion gels in anterior deufal restoration. Methods 100 teeth which pulp was not injured were divided into two groups. After H3PO4 corroded, the 3M single bond or Heraeus kulzer used in two groups and curative effect was observed 5 years. Results There was significant difference between two group in 3M single bond and Heraeus kulaer adhesion gels. The effect was decreased with time went on. Conclusion The curative effect of 3M single bond might be better than that of Heraeus kulaer adhesion gels.
