我国大学生择业意向研究述评

A Research Commentary on Job-Hunting Intention of Chinese University Students

择业意向是个人对择业最终结果的信念、计划或期望。近10年来我国研究者已对大学生择业意向的现状、影响因素以及相关对策和建议三个方面展开研究。研究虽取得一定的成果,但也存在"择业意向"定义不明确、研究方法比较单一、对策建议的针对性和可操作性不强等不足,今后研究应注意明确"择业意向"的定义,运用规范、多样的研究方法,加强对策建议的针对性和可行性。

Job - hunting intention is the faith, plan or expectation of the final outcome of job selecting. In the past ten years, researchers in our country have carried out a few of researches on college students＇ job - hunting intention in three aspects： current situation, influential factors and relative suggestions to the problems. Although there have been some achievements, they still have some deficiencies such as unclear definition of job - hunting intention, single research approach, aimless and impractical suggestions and so on. Future researches will be supposed to make clear the definition of job - hunting intention, apply standard and diverse research approaches and make aiming and practical suggestions.
