摘要
文章在对国内学者赞同单轨制和赞同双轨制两类主要观点进行介绍、评析的基础上,主张改革存在明显缺陷的现行劳动争议处理体制,构建"裁审分离,各自终局"的双轨制,促进劳动关系的和谐与稳定。
Based on introduction and comments on the two main view points of single - track or double - track system, this article advocates innovating the present system of labour disputes which has obvious imperfection and builds the double - track system： ＂judge and inquest seperately.end case respectively＂ in order to accelerate the labour relations harmoniously and stably.
