摘要
文章根据成人高等教育的特点,阐述了成人高等教育人才培养模式的内涵;指出我国成人高等教育人才培养模式存在的问题;认为只有通过教育理念创新、教学模式的创新、质量管理模式的创新、课程建设的创新以及实践教学的创新才能实现成人高等教育人才培养模式的创新。
Adult higher education is an important component of the education system. With the incessant development of China＇s economy and society, the adult education continues to grow and evolve. This paper discusses some problems existing in development of adult education in China, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
