承德县1996-2006年孕产妇死亡情况调查分析

The Analysis of the Maternal Mortality Rate in Cheng De county during 1996-2006

目的通过对承德县孕产妇死亡原因的分析,理解其死亡原因,找出孕产期保健及产科处理上的薄弱环节和存在的问题,提出改进措施,为制定有效干预措施减少孕产妇死亡提供科学依据。方法收集1996-2006年承德县妇幼卫生统计报表,采用描述统计学方法进行分析。结果承德县平均孕产妇死亡率为59.47/10万,前四位死因是产科出血、妊娠内科合并症、羊水栓塞、妊高症。结论通过对三级妇幼及临床人员的培训和进修,提高基层妇幼保健及妇产科专业技术人员综合素质,加强产科质量建设,完善产科设备,加大健康教育的宣传力度,孕产妇死亡率得到明显下降。

Objective through the analysis of the maternal mortality problems, try to find the reasons, get proper solution, improve the dealing methods, catch the foundation on how to reduce the death rate. Methods Collecting the women and ehildren＇s sanitary statistical tables of the Cheng De County from 1996 to 2006, carry out analysis adopting to the scientific methods. Results The average maternal mortality rate is 59.47 per ten thousands, the former 4 cause of the deaths are obstetrics bleeding, pregnancy - hyperteusion syndrome and the embolism of amniotic fluid and the preeclampsia disease. Conclusion Through further study and the training for 3 - level clinical people, raise the grass - roots health protection for women and children , make them learn more about the professional technical, strengthen the obstetrics＇quality coustruction, perfect obstetrics equipment, increase the publicize on healthy education, it will obviously bring down the maternal mortality death rate.
