食管癌、胃癌、直肠癌与ABO血型相关性探讨

The Relationship Between Cancers And ABO Blood Group

目的探讨食管癌、胃癌、直肠癌与ABO血型相关性。方法应用关联分析法,对邢台籍食管癌、胃癌、直肠癌患者与学生血型资料进行统计处理。结果食管癌、胃癌、直肠癌与ABO血型分布均无统计学意义;B血型人患直肠癌的RR=2.03(P<0.01);O血型人患直肠癌的RR=0.43(P<0.05)。结论食管癌、胃癌、直肠癌与ABO血型无关联;直肠癌与B血型显著正关联,与O血型负关联。

Objective To investigste the relationsb between cancersand ABO blood group.Methods 466 cancer patients in our hospital were analyzed with ABO blood type and compare with 3279 cases of health students with x^2 test and RRo Results The distribution of ABO blood group between cancers＇patients and health person is no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）, It showed the relative risk rate of rectal cancer in the population is 2. 03 with B blood group （P 〈 0. 01 ）, 0. 43 with O blood group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion There is no significant correlation between cancers and ABO blood group; There is presented a positive correhfion strikingly between rectal cancer and B blood group, a pessimistic correlation between rectal cancer and O blood group.
