一起毒鼠强食物中毒的调查报告

Investigation on Food Poisoning of Tetramine

目的调查分析何某一家三口中毒并导致何某死亡的原因。方法采用气质联用仪(GCMS)检验呕吐物、剩饭、米、酱油、盐和水等可疑标本毒鼠强的含量,流行病学方法调查患者中毒原因。结果17份标本中1份毒鼠强阳性,阳性标本剩饭标本,3名患者均在餐后15分钟后出现呕吐、抽搐、口吐白沫等症状,其中1人死亡。结论何某一家三口中毒的原因是一起由人为的投放毒鼠强到米饭中引起的食物中毒。

Objective To investigate the cause of the three people from He＇s household suffering poisoning. Methods The description epidemiology was conducted to investigate the poisoning cause, The suspicious of specimen collected from the vomit, leftover, rice, soy sauce, salt and water was tested by GCMS for the Tetramine. Results One specimen colleeted from the leftover was positive for the Tetramine and other 16 specimens was negative. The three patients suffered from vomiting, twitching and foaming after supper cooked in their house for 15 minutes. One of them had died from the poison. Conclusion The poisoning cause of the He＇s household was considered that they had eaten the meal cooked by rice had been put the poison hight Tetramine in it.
