刨花板弹性模量的微观力学理论求法初探

摘要 本文以复合材料力学为基础,建立了刨花板的微观力学模型。应用概率设计的理论求出刨花板主方向的弹性模量,是刨花板弹性模量理论求解的一次尝试。本文提出的理论还可以求解不同树种在不同比例下刨花板的弹性模量,使我们可以根据不同强度要求按不同树种配比设计刨花板,得到我们要求的最佳结构和比例。本文提供的理论和方法对于其它人造板的力学性能分析也有一定的参考价值,是现代设计方法和微观力学在人造板力学上应用的一次尝试。 The paper has established the micromechanical model of particleboard based on the compound material mechanics. Utilizing the probability theory, the modulus of elasticity (MOE) of particleboard in main direction has been obtained and the problem of the theory evaluation of the MOE of particleboard has been solved. With the theory in this paper we can also evaluate the MOE of particleboard producded at different ratios of different kinds of trees, so we can design particleboards of different ratios of different kinds of trees according to different requirements of strength, so as to achieve the most satisfactory structure and ratio. The theory and method in this paper will have some reference value to the mechanical properties analysis of other man made boards. It is an attempt to apply the modern design method and micromechanics to the man made board mechanics and it will put forward the study of the computer imitation of particleboard.
