鹿角盘蛋白多肽的制备与活性研究 被引量:21

摘要 以鹿角盘为原料,经过酶水解提纯鹿角盘蛋白多肽(CPP),并对影响酶水解过程的各个因素进行分析。通过Folin酚法和水合茚三酮法鉴定鹿角盘多肽。SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定鹿角盘蛋白多肽的分子质量分布在8~15kD之间。活性试验结果表明,鹿角盘蛋白多肽具有明显增加小鼠吞噬功能及抗大鼠乳腺增生的作用。 The process of extraction and purification the polypeptide from coronet with enzymes was presented. The factors of influence processes of hydrolysis were investigated. Detecting coronet polypeptide by Folin method and ninhydrin. The molecular weight of coronet polypeptide was determined to 8-15 kD by SDS-PAGE. The results suggested that active coronet polypeptide markedly increase maerophage phagoeytosis of mice and inhibit mastoplasia of rats.
