摘要 通过测定木槿花提取液清除DPPH·自由基能力、抗氧化能力、抑菌能力和促(抗)凝血能力,研究木槿花的生物活性。试验结果表明,木槿花具有良好的清除自由基、抗氧化能力。1g木槿花清除DPPH·的能力相当于5.19mg维生素C,而其抗氧化能力相当于9.12mg维生素C。木槿花提取液对细菌和霉菌均有一定的抑制作用,且对细菌的抑制作用明显大于霉菌的,尤其是对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈达11.0mm,抑制作用最强。木槿花提取液还具有促凝血作用,最高促凝率为21.57%。 The biological activities of hibiscus flower were evaluated by measuring the antioxidant capacity, bacte- riostalic activity, and blood-clotting activity of hibiscus extracts. It has been found that hibiscus extracts have notable ability of DPPH-free radical scavenging and anti-oxidation. 1 gram of dry hibiscus flower has DPPH-scavenging ability comparable with 5.19mg of Ascorbic acid, and has anti-oxidation capacity comparable with 9.12mg of Ascorbic acid. Notable microbe-inhibition effects were found in hibiscus extracts. The best blood-clotting accelerating rate was 21.57%, which means that hibiscus extracts have moderate effect in promoting blood-clotting.
