高效液相色谱法测定复方丹参片的三七皂苷R_1含量

Determination of Notoginsenoside R_1 in Compound Danshen Tablet by HPLC

目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定复方丹参片的三七皂苷R1含量。方法色谱柱为ThermoC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长为203nm,柱温为30℃。结果三七皂苷R1进样量在0.3～2.5μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.58%,RSD=0.9%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便可行、重现性好,可以用于复方丹参片的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of notoginsenoside R1 in Compound Danshen Tablet. Methods The HPLC method was carried out using the Thermo C18（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） analytical column at 30℃, the mixure of water and acetonoirile （80：20） as the mobile phase with UV detection set at 203 nm. Results The linear responses were from 0.3-2.5 μg. The average recoveriy rate was 97.58% （RSD=0.9%, n=6）. Conclusion The method is accurate and suitable for the quality control of Compound Danshen tablet.
