摘要
目的建立测定庆大霉素普鲁卡因维B12颗粒中盐酸普鲁卡因含量的方法。方法用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,水-乙腈-三乙胺(85∶15∶0.02,用冰醋酸调pH值至3.9)为流动相,检测波长为292nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果盐酸普鲁卡因进样量在2.048~36.864μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=44329X+5031,r=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率为100.30%,RSD=1.05%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法可用于庆大霉素普鲁卡因维B12颗粒中盐酸普鲁卡因的含量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of procaine hydrochloride in Gentamicin Procaine Vitamin B12 Granules. Methods Symmetry C18 column was used with water-acetonitrile-triethylamine (85:15:0. 02, pH adjusted to 3.0 by glacial acetic acid)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 292 nm. Results The regression equation of procaine hydrochloride was Y=44 329X + 5 031, r =0. 999 9(n = 6)and the calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 2.048 - 36. 864 μg. The average recovery rate was 100. 30%, RSD = 1.05% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quantity control of procaine hydrochloride.
