摘要
介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司柴油加氢精制装置(二)B的扩能改造,生产规模由800 kt/a改扩建为1 200 kt/a。通过优化换热流程、操作方案,采用新型蝶形催化剂RS-1000及自动反冲洗过滤器等手段,消除了生产中的若干瓶颈,装置处理能力扩大了50%,降低了能耗,为改善柴油产品出厂质量提供了有利条件。
The capacity expansion of diesel oil hydrotreating unit from 16 000 b/d to 24 000 b/d is introduced. The unit has been debottlenecked and the capacity has expanded by 50% through optimization of heat exchange train and unit operation and application of new papilionaceous catalyst RS-1000 and automatic backwash filter. The additional benefits are the lowered energy consumption and improved product quality. It provides good conditions for diesel to be well sold in the market.
