高压加氢装置应用液力透平可行性研究 被引量:19

摘要 介绍了炼油厂中液力透平的应用方案,以1.5Mt/a高压加氢装置为例,对液力透平在炼油厂高压加氢装置应用的可行性进行了分析,结果表明,投用液力透平后,装置1年可节省电费130.9×10^4RMB¥,降低装置综合能耗1.5%,并且在2年内回收全部的投资成本,对装置节能降耗、减少生产运行成本有积极的促进作用。 The economic feasibility of application of hydraulic turbine in a 1.5 MM TPY high-pressure hydrotreating unit in the refinery was studied. After the commissioning of the hydraulic turbine, 1. 309 million Yuan (RMB) was saved from electric power annually and the total energy consumption of the unit was reduced by 1.5%. The return of total capital investment was within 2 years. It has helped greatly to reduce energy consumption and the costs of unit operation.
