芪桂益脉灵治疗缺血性心脏病室性期前收缩58例临床观察

Clinical Obserration on Qiguiyimailing for Treatment of Premature Ventricular Beat in Ischemia Heart Disease

目的观察芪桂益脉灵治疗缺血性心脏病室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法应用芪桂益脉灵治疗缺血性心脏病室性期前收缩病人58例,同期设对照组50例,予盐酸乙胺碘肤酮,两组观察疗程均为4周。结果治疗组室性期前收缩总有效率为84.5%,对照组为86.0%;改善心电图缺血表现总有效率为87.9%与88.0%。治疗组对室性期前收缩及心电图ST-T改变方面与对照组相当(P>0.05),且治疗组治疗后不影响心率、血压。结论芪桂益脉灵在临床上能改善心脏缺血,治疗室性期前收缩疗效确切,无毒副反应。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qiguiyimailing for treatment of premature ventricular beat in patients （pts） with ischemia heart disease. Methods One hundred and eight pts with premature ventricular beat were divided into Qiguiyimailing group （n=58） and amiodrone group （n= 50）. The therapeutic effect, blood pressure, heart rate and adverse effect were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in premature ventricular and the change of ST - T in ECG, and the heart rate between treatment group and control group. The blood pressure was not affected in treatment group, Conclusion Qiguiyimailing was safe and effective for treatment of premature ventricular beat in pts with ischemia heart disease.
