益智聪明方对血管性痴呆病人血脂及一氧化氮、内皮素水平干预的研究

Effect of Yizhicongming Decoction on Blood Lipids,NO and ET-1 in Vascular Dementia

目的研究益智聪明方对血管性痴呆(VD)病人治疗前后血脂、血浆内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)含量变化的干预,并进一步探讨该复方中药抗VD的作用机制。方法将103例符合入选标准的VD病人,采用双盲双模拟研究方法,随机分为益智聪明方组(治疗组)和吡拉西坦(脑复康)组(对照组),从ET-1、NO、血脂含量变化等方面进行对比研究。并设健康组,以了解VD病人的ET-1、NO水平。结果VD病人血液ET-1、NO明显升高,与健康人比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经3个疗程治疗后,治疗组总有效率为86.27%,对照组为84.62%(P>0.05),两组显效率分别为50.98%与32.69%(P<0.05)。治疗组ET-1、NO及血脂(总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白)较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论益智聪明方对VD病人的预后影响与提高机体的免疫功能,降低血液ET-1、NO的含量及调节血脂水平有关。

Objective To explore the effect of Yizhicongming decoction on blood lipids, ET - 1 and NO in patients （pts） with vascular dementia. Methods One hundred and tree pts with vascular dementia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The ET - 1, NO and blood lipids were analyzed retrospectively. Results Blood lipids and ET- 1 were higher obviously, content of NO was lower obviously in pts with vascular dementia than that in controls （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. These index in both groups were improved in different degree following treatment and there was significant difference pre- and post- treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yizhicongming decoction could obviously decrease contents of ET- 1 and blood lipids, and increase content of NO.
