康脑液对皮质区干细胞因子基因表达的影响

摘要 目的在康脑液方剂干预下观察皮质区内源性神经干细胞因子(SCF)mRNA在大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后不同时间的表达情况。方法成年SD大鼠,以线栓法建立大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,随机分为模型组、药物干预组和假手术组。原位杂交技术检测脑缺血1.5h再灌注1d^14d后脑皮质区SCF mRNA表达情况。结果脑缺血再灌注后,药物干预组、模型组SCF mRNA的表达在皮质区均明显高于假手术组,于7d达高峰,14d下降。两组SCF mRNA的表达无统计学意义。结论药物干预后脑缺血再灌注脑皮质区SCF mRNA表达在不同时间点与模型组具备相同的表达规律。 Objective To study the effect of Kangnaoye on neural stem cell factor (SCF) rnRNA in brain cortex. Methods Thirtysix adult SD rats were divic!es into the model group, the medicine intervention group and the sham operation group. The models were established by middle cerebral artery occlusion. SCF mRNA expression in cortex region were examined, SCF mRNA expression in medicine intervention group and the model group were higher than that in the sham - operation group. The expression reached the peak at 7 days and then dropped at 14 day. Results After cerebral ischemia - reperfusion,the expression of the medicine intervention group, the model grorp SCF mRNA expression was obviously higher than the sham operation group in the cortical area,at the 7 day,the expression of SCF mRNA reached the peak and began to decrease at the 14 day. Conclusion The mRNA expression in medicine intervention and the model group had the same expression rule at the different time. There was no significant difference in SCF mRNA expression.
