A Study of the Construction of the Minority Communities

少数民族社区社会建设滞后,严重制约了少数民族社区的发展。分析少数民族社区社会发展的现状,探索少数民族社区公共产品和公共服务的差异供给模式,可以促进少数民族社区社会建设的三大支撑,即少数民族社区教育事业、少数民族社区社会保障制度、少数民族社区新型社会化服务体系,具有较强的现实意义。

The poor construction of the minority communities hinders their development. The paper analyzes their existing situations, the different public products and services and supplies, and offers suggestions for improving the three pillars for such construction, that is, the education in the minority communities, their social insurance system and the new social service system. It is expected such study will have much practical significance.
