环境友好评价体系——基于生态价值量化方法的研究

Environment-friendly Assessment System: Research Based on Eco-value-oriented Quantitative Method

建设环境友好型社会是我国建设生态文明目标的主要方向之一。作为国民经济与社会发展中长期规划的一项战略任务,环境友好的评价体系亟待建立,以推动和促进形成节约能源资源和保护生态环境的产业结构、增长方式和消费模式。在环境友好型社会的内涵、理论基础、建设途径及其评价方法、指标体系的基础上,着重分析了环境友好型社会的重要作用及其需要解决的问题,提出基于生态价值量化方法的环境友好评价体系。

The construction of an environment-friendly society is one goal in the process of constructing China＇s eco-civilization. As a medium-to-long-term strategic task, it is urgent to establish an environment-friendly assessment system in order to improve the industrial structure of saving energy resources and protecting the eco-environment. The paper discusses the implications, theories, construction and assessment of an environment-friendly society as well as its key role and the related issues and finally proposes an environmentfriendly assessment system based on eco-value-oriented quantitative method.
