盆腔纱布填塞术在抢救产科羊水栓塞中的应用

摘要
羊水栓塞是产科的一种极其严重的分娩并发症，是孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一。羊水栓塞导致的弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）病情凶险，发展迅速，病死率高达70％-80％，即使果断切除子宫，术后盆腹腔创面广泛渗血仍是非常棘手的问题。我院近2年来羊水栓塞合并DIC10例盆腹腔纱条填塞术止血成功，现报告如下。
