血液净化疗法用于戒毒的临床研究

Treatment of drug adcliction with blood purification

目的研究血液净化（血液透析和血液灌流）疗法对海洛因成瘾者的戒毒治疗效果。方法对120例海洛因成瘾者进行血液净化治疗,观察其戒断症状的改善,取治疗前后的尿液作尿吗啡定性检测,并随访6个月了解其有无复吸情况。结果血液净化治疗后海洛因成瘾者戒断症状可迅速改善,2-4次净化后尿吗啡定性检测为阴性,随访6个月完全戒除毒瘾者98例（81.67%）。结论血液净化疗法用于戒毒治疗安全,快速有效,无成瘾性,副作用小,患者及家属容易接受,有望成为戒毒治疗的一种新方法。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of blood purification （hemodialysis and hemoperfusion） on diamorphin addicts. Methods Blood purification therapy was applied to 120 diamorphin addicts. The drug withdrawal symptoms were observed and followed up for 6 months. Results The abstinent symptoms were rapidly remitted after blood purification therapy. Urine morphine became negative after 2-4 courses of therapy. 81.67% of patients were fully got rid of the drug addiction after half a year follow-up. Conclusion Blood purification therapy may be safe and effective in treating drug addicts.
