粘膜下层连接式注射及直肠外注射加肛门缩窄术治疗Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的临床体会

Treatment of Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse with submucosa sclerotherapy,perianal sclerothjerapy and anal tightening operation

目的观察连接式粘膜下注射、直肠周围间隙注射、肛门缩紧术综合治疗Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的疗效。方法用1∶1消痔灵注射脱垂状态下的直肠上段粘膜下层,复位后再注射直肠下段粘膜下层及直肠周围间隙,然后加肛门缩紧手术的方法治疗15例Ⅲ度直肠脱垂。结果15例全部临床治愈。随访11例,10例2-8年无复发,1例半年后轻度复发,失访4例。结论本综合术式加强了对直肠上段粘膜下层的粘连注射,使松弛滑动的上段粘膜得到固定,有利于提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of submucosa sclerotherapy, perianal sclerotherapy anal tightening operation in treatment of rectal prolapse Ⅲ degree. Methods Fifteen patients with rectal prolaps degree were treated with submucosa sclerotherapy, perianal sclerotherapy and anal tightening operation. Results and e Ⅲ All of the 15 patients were recovered. 10 cases of 11 patients followed up were not recurrent in 24-96 months, 1 patient recurred after 6 months. Conclusions The method of submucosa sclerotherapy, perianal sclerothjerapy and anal tightening operation is effective on treating Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse.
