摘要
目的观察根管治疗术在根尖囊肿治疗中的临床效果。方法对58例根尖囊肿行根管治疗,术后观察囊肿病变区的变化。结果58例中,有42例病变逐渐好转愈合,16例失败。结论根尖囊肿大多可由根管治疗术治愈,囊肿大时需结合外科手术治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of radicular cyst with root canal therapy. Method 58 cases with radicular cyst were treated with root canal therapy. The change of apical area was observed after root canal filling. Result 42 cases of 58 patients gradually recovered, whereas the other 16 cases failed. Conclusion Most of radicular cysts can be cured with complete root canal therapy.
