摘要
本文对鹿茸的整体液氮保存及复苏进行了初步研究。结果表明:采用液氮冷冻和复苏方法,可使在液氮中保存一年半的鹿茸组织结构不受任何破坏,细胞仍可在体外培养增殖、传代[到目前(1990.1)已传至第十五代,现仍在继续传代]。
This paper has made the preliminary study on the storage of whole pilose antler in liquid nitrogen. The resultsshown that the tisssue structure of the pilose antler which has stored in liquid nitrogen for 3/2 years is still not de-stroyed and can be cultured and subcultured in vitro when it is resurrected (it has been subcultured to the 15th passageby Jan. 1990, it is still subculturing now).
