摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT多平面重组的成像方法及其临床应用价值。方法对200例全身不同部位进行螺旋CT扫描,然后行多平面重组。结果多平面重组能够多方位、多角度显示病变的范围和比邻关系,对于复杂解剖结构、解剖交界部位疾病的诊断非常有帮助。结论恰当选择多平面重组技术,正确应用不同的重组方法,针对病变进行全面的解读和分析,可为临床提供更直观可靠的信息。 Purpose To investigate the imaging method and the clinical value of the MPR of the spiral CT. Methods Spiral CT scan was performed in different locations, and the MPR was carried out in 200 cases. Results The MPR could demonstrate the ranges and the relationship of the pathological changes from different angels, and was valuable in diagnosing the complicated dissection structures and the intersecting locations. Conclusion MPR can promote thorough and comprehensive understanding and analyzing of the pathological changes, and supply the objective and reliable information for the clinical diagnosis.
