摘要
国际商务谈判与国内谈判存在根本区别,它在某种程度上也是一种外交谈判。它需要一整套不同的技能和文化策略。国际商务谈判人员更需要具备很高的政治素质和综合文化素质,必须具备渊博的专业及国际贸易知识,熟悉国内和国际市场,国际商务谈判人员在努力提高谈判技术和水平的同时,也要加强自身各方面综合素质的培养。
There is too much difference between international negotiations and domestic negotiations. It needs different skills and cultural strategy. In fact you can regard it as a diplomatic negotiations. The negotiators must be well-educated and skillful in politics and comprehensive culture quality as well as in rich special foreign business knowledge. They must learn well about the market at home and abroad. At the meantime they must improve their comprehensive culture quali .ty except rich negotiation skills.
