鹿茸皮肤细胞系的建立及其部分生物学特性研究

ESTABLISHMENT OF PILOSE ANTLER SKIN CELL LINE OF CERVUS NIPPON TEMMINCK AND ITS BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS

本文报道了从培养的鹿茸皮肤组织块建立细胞系(定名为PAS—001)的方法。目前该细胞系已进行了30代培养。同时,对该细胞系的生长率、分裂指数、染色体组型以及不同培养基对其生长的影响也进行了观察和分析。

A pilose antler skin cell line of Cevus nippon Temminck bas been established in our laboratory, the cell line(named PAS -- 001)has been subcultured for 30 Passages by far, the growth rate, division index, the grow responseson different media and the karyotypes of cell line were also described briefly.
