出口退税税率下调对纺织服装业的影响及对策

Effect and countermeasures of reducing rate of tax refunds on export goods on textile and clothes industry

针对纺织服装商品出口退税税率不断下调的背景,从纺织服装业出口幅度、利润空间、产业结构、竞争模式方面分析了出口退税税率下调对纺织服装业产生的有利和不利影响。提出了走集约式发展道路、拓宽出口渠道、开展跨国经营和走可持续发展之路等有效对策。

Aimed at the background of continuously reducing the rate of tax refunds on export goods of textile and clothes commodities, from the respects of export margin, profit space, industry structure and competition pattern, the favorable and unfavorable effect of reducing the rate of tax refunds on export goods on textile and clothes industry was analyzed. Some effective countermeasures of intensive developing way, expanding export channel, developing transnational management, and sustainable developmemt are proposed.
