摘要
中小民营企业的人力资源管理普遍存在着缺乏人力资源的战略规划,人力资源管理的职能发挥不足,停留在传统的人事管理水平上等问题。中小民营企业必须加快观念上的更新,发挥自身优势,寻求适合自身特点的人力资源管理的有效途径。
In human resource management of the small & medium private enterprises, there exist many problems, such as the lack of human resource strategy plan, insufficient functional exertion of human resource management and the stickiness of the traditional personnel management. Therefore, it is necessary for the small & medium private enterprises to update the ideas, take advantages of themselves and look for effective methods of human resource management which are suitable for their own characteristic.
