摘要
矿业开发活动对社会生态环境的危害越来越严重,占用耕地、诱发地质灾害、破坏水均衡和地貌等。在《矿产资源法》的修改过程中,建议增加与矿山环境保护有关的立法和矿业可持续发展原则。
The negative influences of mining activities on environment, such as occupation of farmland, causing of geological disaster, damage of water balance and land feature, become day by day serious. At the time the national ＂Mineral Resource Law＂ is modified, some legal provisions about environmental protection in mining region and principles related to mining＇s sustainable development should be added in.
